The DOST Accelerated Science and Technology Human Resource Development Program (ASTHRDP) is guided by the leadership of the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI), the National Science Consortium (NSC) Steering Council, and the Project Leaders of the NSC member universities.
